October Town Hall – We are pleased to bring you two special guests to update families about drug discovery in juvenile myositis. Presenters will speak briefly and then take audience questions. Joni L. Rutter, Ph.D., Director, National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, National Institutes of Health, will update families about the process of drug discovery and development and how partnerships like Cure JM’s NCATS partnership accelerates new treatments for juvenile myositis. Eric Hoffman, Ph.D., President and CEO, ReveraGen Pharmaceutical, will bring families in to the inner circle of understanding how new drugs move through the process and the role that Cure JM, parents, patients, and grandparents plan in this process. After the call, families are invited to stay on the call for a brief meet-and-greet with other families.
