June 2026 Town Hall – CAR-T

June 2026 Town Hall

On June 16, Cure JM’s Shannon Malloy sat down with Tania Gonzalez Rivera, VP of Medical Affairs, and Courtney Little, Senior Director and Clinical Scientist at Cabaletta Bio, for a conversation about the RESET‑Myositis CAR‑T trial and new research updates presented at the European rheumatology conference. Dr. Holly Wobma, pediatric rheumatologist at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, also joined the discussion to help families understand how CAR‑T therapy works and what the science means for Juvenile Myositis patients specifically.

The conversation covered:

• how CAR‑T therapy works

• what treatment and enrollment look like

• early clinical results and safety observations

• what researchers are learning so far

• how families can learn whether their child, teen, or young adult may be eligible at a site near them
