Diana Milojevic, M.D.

Dr. Milojevic is the division chief of pediatric rheumatology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Department of Medicine. She joined the hospital staff in 2017.  She previously was the division chief and the fellowship program director of pediatric rheumatology at Tufts University Medical Center where she was also a visiting professor. She is certified with the American Board of Pediatric Rheumatology.

Dr. Milojevic obtained her medical doctor and master of science in immunology degrees at the University of Belgrade Medical School, Belgrade, Serbia. Before coming to the United States, she trained and worked as a pediatrician at the Mother and Child Health Institute in New Belgrade, Serbia and University of Witwatersrand, Coronation Hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa.  She completed pediatric rheumatology fellowship training at the Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.

In 2015, Dr. Milojevic was named a top Doctor in Boston by Boston Magazine. Her areas of clinical expertise include juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile dermatomyositis, scleroderma, vasculitis, periodic fever syndromes and other systemic inflammatory diseases. She is an American College of Rheumatology certified musculoskeletal sonographer and uses bed-side ultrasound to advance her clinical practice.

Research interests of Dr. Milojevic include translational and clinical studies in juvenile arthritis and other rheumatic diseases.  She has acted as a site principal investigator in numerous trials exploring new drug treatments for juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
